Building on my past successes in EC2, I now lead Seattle Teams with the new Region Reliability Engineering initiative, focused on bringing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methodologies to AWS. My team continues to operate in the Dedicated Cloud regions while driving operational excellence and reliability through the SRE model. This effort is transforming the way AWS approaches reliability, focusing on automation, scalability, and resilience in service operations for our government customers. Our goal is to enhance region-specific reliability, reduce operational toil, and improve the customer experience.

I Authored the Unmanned Operations Center (UOC) Roadmap that provided the vision and strategy for the collaboration and review through Cross department and Cross organizations fostering requirements and CONOPS for future UOC development. As a member of the Advanced Autonomy capabilities group, and with the assistance of the individuals involved in the Autonomy working group, We developed the first 28 use cases for the Unmanned Operation center Autonomy. These Use cases will create the needed AI for future UUV missions. As the Chair of the UOC of the Future working group, we developed the FY-XX POM budget issue papers, focused other groups on advanced capabilities, and increased synergy between the undersea and surface warfare centers. I continue Growing and Leading a Team of eight contract personnel, I have led the charge for additional controls on existing unmanned systems and their associated operations centers for the client. Through the development of Metrics and performance assessments my actions increased the overall configuration management of the Programs Offices portfolio and Family of systems.• Focused direction towards developing a unified Unmanned Operation Center by collaboration with Cross Functional leaders• Maintained a Programmatic view of the portfolio while also assessing and successfully executing areas where tactical sales• Established and created Data pipelines for Cloud storage and proliferation within the community of interest• Continually provides Solutions to an Operation center that is one of a kind and is under constant development.
