Responsible for creation and development of new Call Center division within Moorehead Communications. Main initiatives within the Call Center will include customer service, customer retention, increasing brand loyalty, as well as driving new revenue streams for the organization.

Lead a sales team of 40+ employees and 12 locations. Primary responsibility includes growing revenues within the region by recruiting and training highly skilled Sales Managers and other team members. Other responsibilities include opening and closing locations, holding sales meetings and conference calls and building a customer centered culture that creates the best experience possible.
