I build and lead teams that manage large and complicated budgets with internal customers throughout Vivint. Major areas include Fleet, Travel, Indirect spend Buyer team, and Cell Radio modules. Team is growing to include any/all asset areas within Vivint that are used by more than one department, can be tracked, and have enough value to warrant tracking and auditing. My teams specialize in taking large unorganized spend areas and cleaning them up to add savings, organization, metrics, and peace of mind to the company that we are managing these assets with an approach of "What's best for the company." This all-star team delivers results to the entire company, allowing our partner departments to work efficiently and focus on their core competencies while we manage the details in the background.

Manage all indirect spend at Vivint, Inc., approximately 350MM annually with a team of 17 all-stars. Major commodities include Fleet, Travel, Freight, IT, Office Supplies, Property Leases, Apparel/Swag, Benefits, and Print.

Managed all spend related to 600+ vehicles (grew to 1200), eventually taking on additional spend responsibilities in travel, uniforms, employee incentives and tools.

+2000 unit fleet, managed all aspects including procurement, auction, DOT compliance, fuel, maintenance, upfit. Wide variety of vehicles from passenger trucks to semi/trailer combinations, forklifts, backhoes, drill rigs, etc.
