Managing Project team to ensure the most efficient way of works with clear and defined goals. Working closely with client, local partner and internal team for planning and determine MDS Event requirements in having the project executed seamlessly including schedule preparation, resource allocation, and execution. Working national wide MDS Event activities, to manage and coordinate system lifecycle and ensure the reliability of the systems. Lead, coordinate, monitor and ensure all projects remain in compliance with defined standards and methodologies agreed at the beginning in the contract are fulfilled within the four aspects, scope of the works, time project completion, budget and quality of the results (issues, problem solving, etc). Develop strategic solutions to meet workforce demands and labor force trends, customized report based on analysis and design result. Develop planning, controlling, performing, and analyzing operations activities, covering industrial relation, compensation and benefit, and payroll tasks. Planning a work schedule for the annual projects, capital projects and cash flow analysis. Prepare, monitor and evaluate master schedule of the entire project and ensure timely reporting of the progress of the project. Variance Reporting, tracking and reporting on all project costs versus budget in accordance with contractor and client procedures. Ensure billing requisition are being prepared by Project Admin on time based on billing cycle. Monitor A/R unbilled which may impact the Gross Profit, and ensure the AR unbilled is minimized. Conduct good communication with both internal (finance, logistic, marketing, etc.) and external stakeholders (clients, customers, suppliers, vendors, etc.)
