Principle Technical Director responsible for overseeing development and growth of Animation workflows at the studio, balancing individual film requirements and long term goals for the department. Responsibilities include designing, prototyping, developing, deploying, and supporting custom solutions for feature animation and DreamWorks' proprietary application "Premo". Additional responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for new toolset design or development by other TDs within the animation workflow, and to train and mentor new Technical Directors as they join the studio and the Animation department.

Initiative Lead on the Production Technology team responsible for designing and implementing surfacing workflows for the studio’s new pipeline, delegating work, leading Scrum software iterations, translating artists’ needs into technical requirements, and tracking deliverables against production budgets and deadlines. Experienced in Python Object Oriented Programming, with an emphasis on development of plugins/extensions for industry standard third party applications - Maya, Houdini, Substance, and Mari for example. Pipeline Production Testing Lead responsible for shepherding all workflows through artist testing before they are officially used on a feature production.In addition to developing for many departments such as Surfacing, FX, Character FX, and others, I have also contributed to a variety of TD tools and foundational codebases that are used by developers across various initiatives.
