Hello, my name is Ryan Andrew.I am 33 years old, been married for 13 years, a proud father of 2 boys and a very dedicated hard working individual who has shown leadership and dedication throughout my life, from a young child to today. I have spent the last 7 years involved heavily in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry. In 2007 I acquired my Mortgage License and spent 2 years doing residential and commercial mortgages, after my first year as a mortgage broker I acquired my Real Estate License and have spent the last 6 years actively involved in residential and commercial real estate. In this time I have built a strong, well known brand for myself in my local marketplace by giving the highest quality of service to my clients, using my excellent negotiating skills to get the best value for my clients and marketing myself on many different platforms of media. Previous to Real Estate I spent 5 years working for The Brick Warehouse LP as a Contract Sales Manager and General Sales Manager, earning top sales awards each year. My career at The Brick has given me extensive knowledge in dealing with large organizations, such as doing contracts with First Nations, Local and Provincial government and development companies. This career has also taught me how to manage a large staff, the day to day operations of a large corporation and the ability to assist company executives in making informed decisions on the direction of the company and large projects. I grew up as a professional Barefoot Waterskier, travelling the world competing for my country and coaching athletes of all ages from the young age of 12 until I retired from the sport at 18. I learned a great deal of respect for other cultures in this experience as well as the dedication and drive it takes to be successful in everything you do in life.
