• Earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Engineering Leadership Development at Penn State University.• As a Regional Sales Manager with Atlas Copco, I work with distribution teams to grow assembly tooling sales in the Mid-Atlantic region. We evaluate assembly processes to determine customer needs and provide in-depth demos to verify that our proposed solutions will provide a return on investment. • Worked two years in Hilti's Accelerated Leadership Program. I spent the first year in a Hilti Center gaining product knowledge, developing customer relationships, and managing Hilti Center metrics to optimize operations. I then became an Account Manager where I built customer relationships and provided jobsite solutions. I leveraged software and services to help optimize customer business models and increase their profitability.• At Penn State I was awarded the Lockheed Martin Best Project Award out of 100+ engineering capstone projects for our design of the Curbicus dog waste vacuum. We optimized the ergonomic design of the vacuum handle to allow for comfortability and ease of handling for the user. We also enabled mass production of the design through plastic injection molding.• Summer 2019 I interned with Hilti as a Sales and Technical Marketing Intern. Throughout my time there I developed a marketing strategy for new product rollout and used the marketing strategy to execute sales in the field.• Summer 2018 I interned with engineering firm, Gannett Fleming. Throughout my time there, I surveyed jobsites to document existing HVAC systems and begin planning for new ones using computer aided drafting programs such as Revit.• At Penn State I received the First Year Engineering Design Award for a fracking related proposal recognized by Chevron as the Most Innovative Design.• I was involved in THON with my fraternity, Theta Delta Chi. Through THON, Penn State students raise millions of dollars for the fight against childhood cancer. I was also our Recruitment Chair, where I planned, organized, and set up rush events for potential new members as well as managed our recruitment budget.
