Work with physicians, pharmacies, and patients to offer information and support regarding federally regulated compliance programs for potentially dangerous prescription drugs.

• Analyze incoming technical problems and complaints of customers to assess potential sources of issues within a diverse and dynamic cable communications environment.• Coordinate and information sharing across multiple departments.• Prioritize potential solutions to present to customer.• Use good interpersonal skills to assist and retain customers.

• Coordinate track and switch between 4 cameras each dedicated to 2 different monitors while communicating with the camera operators. • Communicate with and manage 16 different individuals, simultaneously, from the control room throughout the games. • Solve a diverse range of issues during the games with/for two arena announcers, general manager, team owners, merchandise and sales representatives, and irate fans.
