Current- Coordinate and delegate work for team of 60+ employees that include Managers, Supervisors, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, and Accounts Receivable Team.
- Oversee management and staff working products within 20,000 active Bankruptcy Cases in all 50 states.
- Establish annual staff performance objectives with reference to results, quality, and productivity standards.
- Process knowledge in key areas of business - Financial management, Process Improvement, Analytics, and System Improvement.
- Enhanced case management system by creating new products and paralegal processes and worked with IT group to integrate outside vendor sites and new document generation.
- Update departmental procedures to comply with all Federal and Local rule changes while maintaining the service-level agreements for each client. Proactively advising clients of all upcoming rule changes.
