The analytics department split into three teams which were data engineering, data science, and visualization/data storytelling.• Strategized, planned, and executed the end-to-end workflow of delivering analytics products like visualization reports, data extracts, and scores to clients which produced over $90M in revenue.• Led the teams who delivered the data and aggregate information needed for government CAHPS programs to generate health insurance plan star ratings and determine government funding. This workstream generated $40M in revenue for SPH Analytics.• Managed custom analytics teams which delivered non-regulatory products such as provider satisfaction, member experience, and many others. These products consisted of visualization reports, data extracts, and scores that generated $50M in revenue for SPH Analytics.• Championed R&D efforts to transition to new analytics tools and processes from legacy technology. This enabled us to easily hire talent while investing in the skills of our existing employees.

Reported to the Vice President of Product Management in D&A and was responsible for creating the vision and driving the execution for analytics products at Equifax. Collaborated in a highly matrixed organization to gain buy-in for the product management priorities with multiple stakeholders from technology, security, compliance, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.• Managed the product lifecycle for Attribute Engine which became Equifax’s enterprise attribute development tool. Supported development of all Equifax attribute products through Attribute Engine. This product enabledattributes to be deployed in a real-time transactional environment and in a batch environment without any additional development. This capability decreased the time for attribute deployment by 300%.• Led the product lifecycle for AME which became Equifax’s enterprise custom model development tool. This product allowed models to be developed using machine learning algorithms while ensuring explainability and monotonicity. AME was built on an open-source distributed computing framework which allowed users to develop models on larger data sets and proved to be 100x faster than training a model using legacy SAS. This product enabled models to be deployed in a real-time transactional environment and in a batch environment without any additional development. This capability decreased the time for model deployment by 200%.• Managed the product lifecycle for Analytics to Production (A2P) which became Equifax’s enterprise process for deploying analytics artifacts without any additional development. The A2P capabilities decreased deployment time to production by between 200% and 400%.• Led the product lifecycle for Insights Management which became Equifax’s enterprise compliance anddocumentation tool for analytics. These capabilities aided in the deployment process for analytics artifacts from the business perspective as stakeholders could access information in a central location
