- Develop new end user opportunities by marketing company product lines and offering value-added services to new construction decision-makers through the distribution channel- Coordinate with End User Consultants, Architectural Consultants, and Spec Writers on regional team to move opportunities created by the team through our distribution partners to negotiate and close the deals. Negotiate and establish pricing based on volume of products purchased and nature of marketplace to effectively offer competitive pricing and ensure the highest profitability-Maintain and manage existing Distributor network relationships. This includes tracking of basic customer information, sales contracts, inventory levels, contract terms and other pertinent account details- Work closely with teammates to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual goals in place for your region or assigned territory

- Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with current and prospective accounts in order to create demand and drive product revenue within current territory. - Through a consultative selling approach, uncover the needs of the account and match those needs with specific product offerings. -Maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities in order to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual operating plans. - Work with internal subject matter experts in order to enhance the end users perception of Stanley as global leader in the marketplace.

Main responsibility was focused on executive management such as the company’s marketing and sales operations, managing the financial statements and cash flow, tax matters, and client operations. Was also very involved in account management and the design, implementation, and measurement of digital marketing campaigns and ECommerce applications.

Responsible for managing a team of project managers who focused on quick turnaround projects and tenant improvement projects. Also was responsible for certain aspects of operations management such as hollow metal and wood door production.
