Ryan Bartolome is currently a Vice President of Finance at AMH (NYSE: AMH).Previously, Ryan was a Director in the Corporate FP&A department at Viking Cruises. He focused on creating and coordinating the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and five-year financial plans. He performed analyses to support strategy discussions, business initiatives and special projects, such as translating unstructured business problems into analytical frameworks, including modeling and refining scenario analyses as it relates to operational assumptions and external environmental factors such as COVID-19. Ryan managed the internal and external reporting process including internal monthly KPI reporting and monthly, quarterly, and annual external reporting to third parties. Ryan additionally has worked on preparing financial, operational, and forecast data for multiple investor presentations, rating agency presentations, and offering memorandums for a variety of financing transactions. Ryan served in Deloitte’s Advisory practice and focused on providing accounting solutions within the Accounting & Reporting Transformation group. His advisory experience ranges from assisting with the preparation of financial statements under SX Rule 3-10 to preparation of S-1 compliant carve-out financial statements related to a public issuer’s divestiture of a subsidiary. Ryan also has experience in designing and implementing internal controls for private and public companies and has experience in the implementation of the new Revenue Standard ASC 606.Furthermore, Ryan served in Deloitte’s Audit practice and has more than six years of experience providing audit services, with a dual focus in the entertainment and international freight-forwarding industry. He has worked on engagements that range from SEC registrants to private companies, including a public entity with numerous statutory requirements that report under IFRS.Ryan graduated Cum Laude from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the AICPA, and is Deloitte International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) certified.
