Beginning my career as a librarian at the University of Nevada Reno, I learned the importance of innovative thinking and optimization early on. At the DelaMare Library, I helped transform the maker space into a collaborative learning environment, catching the attention of even The United States Congress.My journey led me to the Jet Propulsion Laboratory at NASA, where I discovered a talent for leveraging data and communication to manage resources effectively, a skill initially honed in the meticulous environment of a library. Recognizing the power of data analytics, I continued to develop these skills, which contributed significantly to my rapid career progression in a demanding para-government setting.My academic journey at the University of Redlands, where I obtained my MBA, further strengthened my expertise in supply chain management, business information systems, and financial principles, enhancing my leadership capabilities.
