During my tenure, ISO:9001 Standards served as the backbone of our internal auditing process when examining our efforts to scale production lines, conduct quality inspections, and optimize our supply chain.In a short time, significant reductions in quality inspection bottlenecks and production non-conformities maximized our potential to control cost. These factors stabilized our production capabilities and opened the door for the expansion of new lines of production.
