Recruited for combination of strong facilities construction background and extensive pipeline experience to build new infrastructure for recently formed midstream subsidiary. Managing all aspects of setting up new midstream company to include capital budgeting, connection agreements, facilities upgrades, pipeline installations, and regulatory permitting. Over the last 16 months managed all engineering, bidding, permitting, and installation of over $50MM in offshore pipelines and associated topside facilities. In addition to the subsea work, successfully engineered and managed complex installation of 32 Mbopd oil measurement unit and pig receiving station on an offshore DOT facility.

Formerly Apache GOM Shelf, we are now an independent, privately held E&P company focused on the GOM. Responsible for all construction activities on over 150 offshore platforms for both topside and subsea projects. Job requires daily coordination between production/drilling/reservoir engineers, engineering consultants, 3rd party contractors, and operations personnel offshore. Specific tasks include: New platform/riser/pipeline installations, brownfield oil/gas facility upgrades, I&E modifications, major (engineered) repairs, HSE/SEMS/regulatory compliance, oil and gas production optimization projects, construction AFE development, and supply chain management. Facility upgrade projects include: compressor additions, gas lift enhanced recovery installation, production equipment installation/refurbishment, living quarters, major/minor structural modifications/repairs.

Deepwater Projects Group - KCC Pipeline Project manager for a $550MM capital project to build a 208-mile long 20-in gas export pipeline in the GOM. Responsible for overall project execution from FEED to commissioning. Managed a 10-person project team along with a third-party engineering project team, installation contractor, and numerous vendors.

Provided project management and engineering for numerous Gulf of Mexico offshore construction projects. Installations include pipelines, subsea tie-backs, subsea well control panels, master Control Stations, umbilicals, manifolds, jumpers, subsea valve assemblies, SCRs, flexible pipe, coiled tubing and traditional risers. Specific tasks performed include: coordination and management of all contractors/subcontractors, cost estimating, AFE development, hazard assessments, construction drawing preparation, preparing requests for proposals, DWOP preparation, bid analysis, risk analysis, regulatory permitting, procedure development, material procurement, and management of offshore inspection personnel.

Lead field engineer on a $70 million 30-in gas pipeline, umbilical and PLET installation offshore Israel.

Led 45-person team providing installation-wide information technology (IT) services (networking, telephone, mobile radio, and organizational messaging) in support of over 4,000 personnel. Managed annual budget of over $400,000.Second in command of 60-person team providing IT, telephone, and organizational messaging support for 3-ship amphibious ready group during 6-month deployment to Western Pacific and Persian Gulf Region.
