Responsible for overall project execution from FEED to commissioning. Managed a 10-person project team along with a third-party engineering project team, installation contractor, and numerous vendors.

Provided project management and engineering for numerous Gulf of Mexico offshore construction projects. Installations include pipelines, subsea tie-backs, subsea well control panels, master Control Stations, umbilicals, manifolds, jumpers, subsea valve assemblies, SCRs, flexible pipe, coiled tubing and traditional risers. Specific tasks performed include: coordination and management of all contractors/subcontractors, cost estimating, AFE development, hazard assessments, construction drawing preparation, preparing requests for proposals, DWOP preparation, bid analysis, risk analysis, regulatory permitting, procedure development, material procurement, and management of offshore inspection personnel.
