Current• Responsible for both BAU reporting and ad hoc analysis of key workforce trends, including retention, promotion, diversity, manager effectiveness, and employee sentiment using python, excel, and business intelligence tools• Led firm-wide COVID HR reporting, leading a cross-functional team to provide daily COVID operations metrics for a ~250k person global organization, directly supporting Operating Committee decisions regarding office presence, return to office plans and policy, and global employee support resources• Manage the development and production of multiple Tableau dashboards, increasing operational efficiency by providing self-service reporting resources for HR Business Partners, line-level managers, and return-to-office planners • Regularly present analysis to senior executives including line of business CEOs and Head of HR using data to tell a story about program impacts and trends among firm-wide talent
