I work with teams, managers, and leaders to navigate complexity and facilitate alignment, creativity, agility, resilience and more effective communication and teamwork. I also help individuals and teams to uncover their natural strengths and limiting patterns and to make decisions that align with who they are, what they have to offer and what others need from them. I draw on approaches from multiple fields including Team Coaching and Facilitation, Management and Leadership Development, Complexity, Business Agility, Lean Change Management, Systemic Coaching, Communication Skills, Organisational Constellations and Strengths Coaching.I’ve coached, trained and mentored over a thousand managers, coaches and facilitators in self organisation, management, leadership, coaching and facilitation. I’m the co-designer of accredited workshops and trainings in team agility, enterprise agility, coaching, facilitation and lean change management. Prior to the above I spent a decade in the city of London as an e-commerce software developer and Senior Project Manager in multi-national consulting firms with a wide variety of industries.I hold an electrical engineering degree from the University of Cape Town, an MBA from Warwick Business School and over a dozen certifications in personal-, team-, management-, and leadership development.
