Organization Development Consultant

• Diagnose, design, implement and evaluate interventions leading to organizational effectiveness and improved business results• Partner with business leaders to conduct organizational assessments including climate surveys, focus groups and individual interviews• Facilitates work sessions with ongoing rating evaluations of 3.9 or higher on a 4 point scale• Partner with senior leadership to design strategic leadership objectives and create tactical solutions to address those strategic objectives• Perform as a project manager managing training and consulting projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, monitoring and evaluation as needed• Work closely with senior management to identity, develop and implement training and development programs in line with the business objectives• Consult with leaders of business units to assess succession plans, identify competency gaps and develop plans to accelerate those leadership competencies• Drive performance through leadership development, performance management, learning strategies and executive coaching• Assess alignment of the organization’s leadership strategy across the structure, systems, staff, skills and shared values; partner to create tactical plans to recalibrate when needed• Tailor and deliver 360 assessments to senior leaders in support of their development and achievement of business outcomes
