Ryan lead the architecture, and management of the team that developed and proved that IPAWS would perform better using OSS and AWS Cloud. Currently preparing to bring FEMA DAIP into production. DAIP is a rapid cloud migration of disasterassistance.gov from on on-prem datacenter to AWS GovCloud hosted OpenShift Clusters. Ryan lead the infrastructure architecture and implementation for this initiative.- RHEL 7, Ansible, Terraform, AWS GovCloud, Hybrid Architecture, OpenShift, GitLab, JenkinsAs Technical Lead Ryan wrote automations for applications, developed DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, and managed the day-to-day sustainment for the cloud infrastructure. He worked with the development team to build the infrastructure needed to run their applications, then developed automated pipelines by which they could automatically run security scans on their code, and promote their code into development and production- Maintain the day-to-day operations for a mission critical FEMA systems.
