As an editor I thrive on telling a good story. crafting a scene that causes the audience to feel something and care about what is happening on screen. This is the ultimate joy in my work. My career spans fourteen years in the games industry making exciting video content and compelling visual storytelling. I started my career working for independent animation studios but I quickly leveraged this experience to get my first job at Rockstar Games making machinima for trailers and in game cutscenes. My lead noticed I always would shoot in sequence paying special attention to rhythm, eye tracing, cuts on action etc. This led to me becoming an editor for trailers and in-game cutscenes. I continued this type of work at Blizzard Entertainment for the next five years. Honing my editing skills. The next challenge I took on was cinematic work with the animation team within Blizzard. I started out working on Overwatch 2 in-game cinematics and a 2D animated short. I flexed between trailer work and animation for for the next half a year until they fully brought me on the team to work on WoW IGC for almost the entire World of Warcraft: Dragonflight expansion. Now I am on the path to my next adventure seeing where the work and fate takes me. I am more excited than ever to tell immersive stories and work with amazing creative teams.
