Head of Value Creation / Portfolio Operations at Updata Partners. Combining operating, consulting, and technology experience to accelerate the trajectory of growth-stage B2B SaaS companies. Previously, I participated in over 100 Private Equity/Venture Capital technology, operational and commercial due diligence engagements, spanning a breadth of industries and investment stages (Series A - $3B+ LBO). The majority of my time was spent delivering PE/VC transaction-related offerings or performing value creation work for PE-backed companies (i.e., GTM Strategy). In addition to client-facing work, I also served as the Head of Operations at Cuesta Partners. I was hired as the first FTE and led the implementation, integration, and scaling of all key business processes and systems. Putting on the "operator" hat is a passion of mine. I enjoy solving problems at increasing levels of complexity as a company scales.
