Hi, my name is Ryan Brady and over the next few minutes I am going to tell you a little about myself personally and professionally. I am a licensed mortgage loan originator with United Mortgage corp. which is a direct lender. I was born and raised in the real estate industry. My Dad and my Uncles were all involved in real estate and property investing. As a kid, I was always going along with my dad to look at properties on the weekends and would hang around his office after school. I always wanted to own properties and knew as a kid someday I would. I purchased my first investment property when I was 23 years old and knew this was the field for me. I did very well with that property and used the income from it to purchase another one. I was fortunate enough to sell both properties before the housing market crashed and was able to make a substantial profit. After that, I got my mortgage license and a few years later I got my real estate license. I am committed to helping people purchase their homes and help them find financial security. When I am not in the office, I enjoy working out as well as anything outdoors. I love to lift weights and for the past 20 plus years I have been involved in martial arts. I love watching sports and UFC fights with friends.
