At Fifth Third Community Ice Arena, the practice home of the Chicago Blackhawks, I complete a variety of tasks. As a Scorekeeper, I operate all of the functions on the arena's scoreboard as well as keep stats for Adult Hockey league players utilizing online software. I also complete tasks such as assisting with events that are hosted at the facility, being a skate guard for public skate, and assisting customers at the arena's customer service desk.

My team and I are responsible for promotional elements on concourse during game days and engaging with fans to contribute an overall memorable game day experience. I assist the Marketing Department with all events throughout the season and off-season to carry on the positive brand image with the community of the Blackhawks organization.Lastly, I also assist running on-site promotional elements at Chicago Blackhawks marketing events as a representative for the organization in the Chicagoland area where event attendees can interact with the brand and have a memorable experience.

At the Illinois Finance Authority I was responsible for proper documentation of borrower and trustee accounts on the company’s database. Soon into the start of my internship I had the opportunity to collaborate with an Illinois Finance Authority staff member on the creation of a new graphic on the organization’s website.I was also responsible for reviewing various bond and loan documents and contacting accounts.Assisted the Authority’s Executive Director and General Counsel in the drafting of any documents for current or potential future use of the Illinois Finance Authority.

For the UIC Campus Recreation Intramural program I had the opportunity to manage Intramural officials and participants effectively to ensure a safe and enjoyable sports environment. I started in this department as an Intramural official in the fall of 2017 and was promoted to the supervisor position a year later in 2018.
