CurrentMy job entails much more than directing Client Vehicle Asset Management projects and operations. I define and ensure integrity, effectiveness, and consistency of brand strategy across market identity, voice, mission, core values and consumer experience. This includes partnering with my C-level Executive Team colleagues to align marketing targets, business goals, IT operations, and corporate mission. I identify, select, and oversee vendors of logistics, mechanical, legal, import, export, and financing services. I also strengthen relationships with clients, colleagues, and outside agencies such as the DMV. In addition, I direct employee on-boarding and training; manage asset lifecycles including acquisitions, logistics, service, and sales; and oversee 22 employees including five direct reports. My contributions include the following:• Optimized value of 160+ Million in Vehicular Assets across three California facilities and two Montana facilities.• Designed and launched comprehensive CRM system equipped to manage 800+ vehicles and 5000+ contacts for 400+ high-net worth clients with individual fleets of one to 50+ vehicles.• Developed procedures and strategies to drive revenues from $1M to $5M per year for startup asset management business catering to high-net-worth clients requiring vehicle fleet management including storage, procurement, portfolio management, and maintenance.• Rolled out all HR processes and tools including ADP payroll system, HR platform, employee handbook, and policies.• Spearheaded brand development by drafting Brand Bible while synchronizing image and messaging of corporate communications, events, and marketing materials.
