• Worked across programming, production, PR, digital, creative and design to implement marketing strategy for MuchMusic and MTV Canada• Contest execution: aid in coordination with programming & digital, rules and regulations writing, winner fulfillment including confirmation of winners information to ensure fulfillment of prizing, prize inventory tracking and audience coordination (where necessary)• Social Media integration initiatives including creating daily top entertainment news blasts by way of website scanning, creating useful twitter lists and keeping in contact with influencers.• Events calendar management including keeping up to date with national tours, shows and events.• Merchandise inventory management and creation of prize packs for use with outside partners.• Video collection for varying music initiatives for the online and on-air properties.• Additional responsibilities: participation in creative brainstorms; writing/developing promotional documents such as creative briefs, tape dubbing, general administration aid, shipping and receiving, and help with mail out distributions, etc.
