My strategies for growing a company have been very much the same throughout my career and include performance monitoring, identifying opportunities, and working with key decision makers. I am responsible for creating and directing design, marketing, brand direction, videography, photography, and film production. I have developed and executed brand solutions while simultaneously leading three business and marketing experts at the Ralph W. Lifestyle Streetwear in Affiliation with Wyld & Alive® LLC:I leverage an approachable leadership style and advanced communication skills in managing a team of third-party vendors in the creation of four graphic designs for sweatshirts and shirts. The brand, The Isle Collection, is designed to exemplify a need to break away from the confines of social expectations and set a standard for authentic expression.Key Accomplishments:⇨ Elevated the streetwear brand with a firm focus on graphic design, marketing campaigns, and critical decision making.⇨ Coordinated all activities for the first collection of streetwear that included various items such as T-Shirts, Long Sleeve Shirts, and an Embroidered Sweatshirts.⇨ Filmed four commercials and photographed two models to creatively portray the message of the collection.

Delta Tau Delta Iota Epsilon at Chapman UniversityRecruitment Committee:I worked closely with the Recruitment Chair to develop and produce a recruitment video. I also communicated and engaged with potential new members and discussed with other committee members whether I believed they would be a good fit for the organization.Honor Board:I familiarized myself with the Delta Tau Delta Iota Epsilon Bylaws. My responsibility as a board member was to interpret and investigate all reports where there was a potential violation of the bylaws and to determine the adequate outcome to pursue.

My company, Wyld & Alive® LLC, is an active member at the Leatherby Center for Entrepreneurship. We are closely working with other startups and being mentored by individuals with years of experience in the business world. Our goal is to reach six milestones which include idea, team, product/market fit, financials, Legal/IP, and operations, marketing, and sales. My team and I are actively working towards completing these milestones.
