I am an AVP of Investments at Packard Capital, a private investment firm, focusing on real estate investments and development. Previously, I worked in acquisitions and development at the largest multifamily real estate developer in Nevada. Prior to that, I worked in Los Angeles doing real estate finance at Apollo Global, one of the world’s largest alternative investment managers. I take great pride in analyzing and solving problems, leading challenging and diverse deals and projects in an organized and methodical manner, optimizing procedures to create or improve structure, and making a significant impact.I have underwritten hundreds of real estate deals leveraging strong Excel skills and have helped with investment decision making for billions of dollars of deals. I have also actively followed the markets since the Great Recession and have had full discretion over millions of dollars of investment decisions as a portfolio manager of public securities. In addition, I have built and run a small bond desk, helped build a new investment product, spoken with hundreds of investors during economic crises, and served as a key manager heading over $2 billion of real estate financing activities with a major capital provider. I have also served on boards and have chaired committees where I have been involved in setting strategy and making impactful decisions that have affected all areas of the organizations and hundreds of stakeholders. I invested in my first stock at the age of 18, and I have been managing my investment portfolio and the portfolios of my family for over a decade. I am also a partner in multifamily properties totaling 500 units across five properties in California and Arizona and am actively evaluating additional real estate deals to expand my portfolio and those of others.
