As an introduction to myself, I am an environmental professional with over ten years of experience studying and working in the environmental field. I have been fortunate to acquire a diverse skill set and experiential background as a result the fieldwork contracts I have completed, such as- Conducting ecological monitoring for terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems in southern Alberta- Monitoring wildlife for conservation in South Africa for a co-op program - Conducting air, water and sediment sampling in the Great Lakes - Monitor for invasive species and conducting restoration projects in the Greater Toronto Area to- Completing a turtle population study in the Heart Lake area in BramptonIn my current role as a Project Coordinator for Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, I am responsible for the coordination of procurement processes, monitoring, and contract administration for erosion and slope stabilization projects in the Greater Toronto Area. These project help protect essential infrastructure (homes, roads, utilities, etc.) and public safety.
