Caitlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience in residential and outpatient treatment working with individuals across the lifespan. She has widespread experience working with womxn, families, and members of the LGBT community experiencing compounded challenges including substance use, attachment ruptures, and criminal justice involvement. Caitlin practices from a social justice framework to confront patriarchal structures that expose interpersonal violence, custody disputes, parenting conflicts, and feelings of worth and confidence. She is driven to empower individuals to be the agent of change in their lives using solution-focused, existential, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Rogerian approaches within the counseling relationship. Caitlin graduated with honors from Wagner College in Psychology and with honors in Clinical Counseling Psychology from La Salle University. She is an Approved Clinical Supervisor and is a National Certified Counselor, and is also a Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist.
