My roles within Deltawaite include:Managing of the onsite IT Systems.Managing the site IT Security. Completely overhauling the websites SEO Marketing campaigns to bring traffic to the website. The websites optimization stated with re writing all the meta data, changing all the URL's and page content. Taking the company onto the Social Media scene and managing these accounts. My role as the Senior Web Designer was to design, build and maintain all websites and other forms of Online Media sold by the sales team. There was a huge sales turnaround and every job had a really tight deadline. I brought new things to the company allowing the sales team to expand what they could sell.I had to train 2 members of staff to become web designers to allow the business to grow. The training was successful with 1 of them taking over from me.
