This results in member experiences that go well beyond typical which leads to growth for the company and more awesome job creation. I lead the Retail business for Deere Employees Credit Union. I support 5 department leaders and approximately 90 employees, nationwide, in sales, business development, branch experience, mortgage, and wealth management. I am responsible for the attraction, onboarding, development, and ongoing experience for all members of the credit union. I have executive experience in strategic planning, scaling new departments, contributing to marketing campaigns, and ALM. I report directly to the President & CEO. My background is in teaching, leadership, and sales. As a teacher, I grasp the importance of having a learning mindset. As a leader, I believe in tailoring my message to the personalities of my audience and delivering my message with a level of enthusiasm and passion that is inspiring and engaging. As a successful sales professional, I am able to speak to my team from a position of experience - and I still jump into the fray myself to ensure I can continue to relate and maintain credibility. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Knox College.
