I am responsible for defining and delivering against our project principles and process. This role also provides visibility and context to the customer, and internally, at all stages of the transformation journey. Whilst it is primarily focused on our enterprise customers, the techniques cascade through all our engagements. We use a range of tools and techniques to ensure that the outcome of all work streams are understood and realised, not just the project deliverables. In addition I take the lead in our commercial contract reviews, negotiations and formation, bridging the gap between legal and commercial requirements. Currently responsible for the Service Operations Team. This team manages, monitors and alerts on our customers TSM and storage environments. My focus is on continuously improving the service we provide, and guiding the team through growth.

Responsible for creating the Project Management department at Tectrade, developing the project process used, and growing it to being an independent team. Successfully managed, and was responsible for managing, 100s of complex infrastructure deployments and upgrades.
