• Represent plaintiffs throughout progression of section 1983 civil rights litigation, including drafting complaints, motions and responses to dispositive motions, deposing defendants and witnesses and defending depositions• Represent defendants in felony and misdemeanor state criminal cases, participating in all stages of litigation including preliminary hearings, trials and post conviction petitions• Litigated felony juvenile bench trial, winning defendant’s acquittal on unlawful use of weapon charge• Draft motions, position papers and sentencing memoranda in federal criminal cases
