I'm a Master's student studying Mechanical Engineering at LeTourneau University. As an enthusiastic and dedicated learner, I am constantly seeking out new opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise. My primary interests lie in the fields of Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Materials Sciences, and Control Systems.In my Master's Research, I will be working with a team to conduct experiments using a flat plate calorimeter at levels of vacuum down to 10^-3 Torr to determine the thermal conductivity of aerogel samples as a function of vacuum. I am grateful to my sponsors at NASA for funding this research.I have a solid foundation in data collection and analysis, having worked with National Instruments DAQs in conjunction with LabVIEW to collect data and then analyzing the results using Excel and Matlab. I have experience working with a range of tools including strain gauges, thermocouples, and a wind tunnel.In my previous role as a Resident Assistant, I have honed my interpersonal skills while gaining valuable experience in event planning. I am a team player with strong communication skills and am always eager to collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.I am passionate about pursuing a career in mechanical engineering and am excited to continue learning and growing in this field.
