I am a seasoned Technical Instructor with 17+ years of instructional, technical, and curriculum design experience. I can present and execute strategic and focused academic programs for a variety of students from different backgrounds, and independently manage operational and maintenance training utilizing hands-on equipment and simulators to enhance the programs. In addition, I corroborate with department leaders and engineers to conduct training needs analysis and improve learning practices.
