Mr. Frost’s portfolio is estimated at $1.4 billion over a 6 year PoP. • Responsible to lead and manage cost, schedule and technical execution for the engineering and development of the support systems for a large defense system, including over 3,000 unique pieces of support equipment, 4 unique large scale transportation and emplacement vehicles, as well as over 35 unique training devices, courseware, and instruction. • Manages over 200 employees, with growth to over 400 employees over the next year; additionally, he manages four Prime Suppliers with total contracts exceeding $450M.• Led the establishment of a trusted partnership with the Government Support Systems team. Working with his Government counterpart, they established a Government / Prime Team (GPT) charter with a clearly identified vision, strategy, objectives, and key results.

Mr. Frost was responsible for the oversight and management of all internal Technology Investments for the Division, $15 million annual budget. • Responsible for establishing the overarching operating rhythm for Internal Research and Development (IRAD) and Capability Investment (CI) planning, execution and review. Provided oversight and review of technical and financial execution; established new Technology Investment planning / proposal process and templates. • Worked closely with all business/functional areas to guide investment proposals and shape them into supporting the key Division business focus areas and strategies.• Implemented a common Agile Work Management approach that supported the rapid and changing execution of research and development.
