Oversaw integrated marketing for the Kellogg’s Wholesome Snacks business, representing $300M+ in annual revenue.Identified a distinct positioning area for a new fiber brand in order to capture a foothold in both the Snacks and Cereal aisles. Led team responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the new brand launch, including audience identification, brand positioning, and developing the creative campaign that accompanied the successful launch.Drove a key strategic engagement with one of Kellogg’s main retail partners, ensuring better brand integration with retailer promotions and resulting in a successful expansion of the agency team into the shopper marketing category.

Oversaw day-to-day agency operations for The Coca-Cola Company and ComEd integrated marketing accounts. Drove strategic and creative development, in addition to shaping the strategy, vision, and marketing plans for the launch of new products.Launched a new iced coffee brand to compete with Starbucks; built the strategy that overcame limited budgets to achieve a successful regional rollout. Led the team responsible for the end-to-end development and production of a radio and OOH campaign to support the national rollout.▪ Collaborated cross-functionally as Lead Strategic Contact for outside PR, Retail, and Packaging agencies; ensured alignment to the campaign strategy.Helped the Coca-Cola Company target global opinion leaders through the development and execution of a new Corporate Social Responsibility initiative; launched the first-of-its-kind Global Brand Reputation campaign for the company.Drove the development and launch of the strategic framework that supported the highly publicized ComEd Energy Efficiency program, launched in summer 2008 and running still to this day.▪ Drove marketing efficiency of the program by fully leveraging media partnerships to secure both traditional and non-traditional OOH, radio, and print, including a first-ever installation in flower beds along a major commercial avenue in Chicago.

Led the strategic development and management of a new, multi-million dollar Corporate Responsibility campaign for Philip Morris USA.▪ Wrote and maintained the client-agency compliance process for all sensitive communications related to the client Corporate Responsibility department, working with the legal teams from both Philip Morris USA and Leo Burnett.

Working on the Allstate Insurance account, played a key role in the brand evolution from insurance into a full-service financial services provider.Oversaw traffic and budgets for local, regional, and national campaigns spanning TV, print, OOH, and radio, including the multi-million dollar 2002 Winter Olympics campaign.
