Ryan is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte UK's Consulting practice, based in the Firm's Belfast regional office. Ryan works primarily with Public Sector clients in Northern Ireland, and on the UK mainland. He is aligned to Strategy and Operations Consulting.Ryan has helped to successfully deliver over twenty projects during his time at Deloitte. He is confident and experienced in client facing environments, and is proficient in the technical skills required to deliver under pressure and to a high standard of quality. Ryan has worked across a range of areas in the public sector but has primarily focused on local and regional government, delivering public sector transformation projects. Examples of the types of projects which Ryan has worked on include target operating model implementation, target operating model design, process redesign, economic impact assessment, programme evaluation, business case development, procurement management, economic development planning, and strategic planning. In December 2015 Ryan completed his studies for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Certificate in Business Accounting. Ryan is also accredited at Better Business Cases Foundation level by APMG International. Deloitte are currently sponsoring Ryan to complete the CIMA Professional qualification.Ryan graduated with a distinction from an MSc in Business Management with the University of Ulster, Jordanstown in December 2014. Previously Ryan completed an undergraduate degree in Modern History and International Studies at Queen's University Belfast and attended Down High School, Downpatrick (GCSE, AS / A-Level grades below).Ryan's primary personal passions are travelling to meet new people and explore new cultures as well as volunteering, sport and physical fitness.
