CurrentRyan is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte UK's Consulting practice, based in the Firm's Belfast regional office. Ryan has works primarily with Public Sector clients in Northern Ireland, and on the UK mainland. He is aligned to Strategy and Operations Consulting. Ryan joined the Deloitte Consulting Analyst Induction Programme in September 2014 immediately following the conclusion of his postgraduate studies, earning promotion to Consultant in September 2016. Ryan is aligned to Strategy and Operations consulting and specialises public sector reform. Ryan is also heavily involved in the social and charitable aspects of Deloitte's work in Belfast.Ryan has helped to successfully deliver over twenty projects during his time at Deloitte. He is confident and experienced in client facing environments, and is proficient in the technical skills required to deliver under pressure and to a high standard of quality. Ryan has worked across a range of areas in the public sector but has primarily focused on local and regional government, delivering public sector transformation projects. Examples of the types of projects which Ryan has worked on include target operating model implementation, target operating model design, process redesign, economic impact assessment, programme evaluation, programme management, business case development, procurement management, economic development planning, and strategic planning. Ryan acted as the lead author and researcher on the 2016 (and inaugural) Belfast Crane Survey.
