Led team of design engineers responsible for developing future metallic and ceramic jet engine components using Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies.• Leveraged AM expertise in DMLM, DED and DLP modalities to deliver 95% improvement in fine feature yield on turbine parts, first ever printed strut and TRL4 on advanced thermal system designs.• Deployed LEAN to identify biggest sources of waste in AM process resulting in creation of distortion simulation and compensation routines and an ROI-based digital project tracker saving 4 months in first part cycle time.
