Illustrative highlights:► Played a key leadership role in the ideation and development of the Magnolia Design Center business model, operating model, and store design (1 test stores to 59 locations nationally in 5 years--to ultimately 101 stores).► Business model grew revenues in millions of dollars; and operating model created hundreds of incremental jobs nationally.► Ran and supported Magnolia's field and corporate intricacies concurrently aligned with Best Buy organization, areas, channels and mission.I'm not the note taker, or the detail-focused project manager; I'm the driving force.
