With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, I am passionate about creating innovative and impactful solutions for learners and educators worldwide. As the founder and lead consultant of Sapient Academy, I help schools, organizations, and individuals design and implement personalized and adaptive learning programs that leverage artificial intelligence and online education platforms. As the program director of The World Dream Initiative, I oversee the development and execution of global projects that promote social justice, diversity, and inclusion in education. Some projects I have worked on include creating a digital storytelling platform for refugee children, launching a mentorship program for young women leaders, and facilitating a cross-cultural dialogue series for educators. I have a strong background in strategy, writing, and entrepreneurship. I graduated from Columbia University, Teachers College at Columbia, and UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. I am pursuing a doctorate in artificial intelligence in education at Johns Hopkins University. I am also fluent in English, Korean, and Spanish and have authored multiple publications and patents in educational technology. I am driven by the mission of empowering learners and educators to achieve their full potential and to make a positive difference in the world.
