I graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2000.In 2002, I co-founded Carrington Fox, a financial markets recruiter. We got lucky with the market and refined the operating model and grew to 100 fee earners across London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore by 2007. We exited in 2012. In 2009 I founded Lucas Love Healthcare, a nursing agency. We scaled and the business sold to Bettercare Capital.In 2014 I took the role as CEO of Recruitment Entrepreneur. We built the business to 130 people in 2.5 years and I originated, structured and transacted on all their most successful investments. I left to set up Tempting Ventures.Tempting Ventures was founded in 2017 and totals 7 niche staffing brands. 70 percent of our net fee income is in the US. We have offices in London, Stoke, NYC, Indianapolis, Palm Beach Gardens and Miami. I am always happy to chat about our growth plans to anybody seeking investment or looking to further their career in STEM or Professional Services staffing.
