In my role as Principal Solutions Architect, I have evolved Phaedon's Continuous Delivery practice by engineering solutions that enable teams to leverage CICD pipelines and processes, increasing both speed of software delivery and software quality. I'm currently focusing more on the infrastructure side of Continuous Delivery - bringing my knowledge of the Tally application domain and knowledge of security and infrastructure in order to evolve our cloud infrastructure pipelines.

Leveraging my nine years of enterprise application developer experience, I led development and support activities throughout a successful multi-year implementation effort; transitioning Hyatt’s Gold Passport loyalty program from an incumbent provider to Olson. I have helped shape Olson’s loyalty platform (Tally) to meet complex client specifications and I've contributed new web services, batch jobs, and data migration capabilities in order to support the initial transfer and ongoing operations for the global Hyatt Gold Passport loyalty program. My technical passion lies in application performance; I've successfully designed and executed load tests to ensure that new applications and environments could safely handle expected traffic volumes at launch. I enjoy identifying and remediating application performance issues and collaborating closely with other technical teams to ensure high levels application stability, scalability and performance.
