I received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Boston College, M.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and am a CPA.I have significant experience in the audits, reviews and examinations of real estate partnerships, not-for-profit organizations, service organizations, commercial entities and entertainment entities of various sizes across numerous industries. I work with real estate properties subject to HUD, LIHTC and state regulatory requirements and not-for-profit organizations subject to Yellow Book and OMB Uniform Guidance requirements. I have experience in SOC examinations and the evaluation of internal controls at service organizations relevant to financial reporting, security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy.I also provide consulting and advisory services to help organizations understand the increasing challenges they face and create and implement plans and controls that enable them to manage their risk and comply with regulations to set them on a path for success and growth.In addition, I’m a member of the AICPA and Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
