- Led SDA’s ground, launch and user equipment development programs supporting 400+ new DoD satellites- Designed new Command and Control (C2) infrastructure—saved $40M merging existing systems in new way - Led research, development, procurement and integration of state-of-the-art capabilities in antennas, data storage, cyber defense, encryption, mission data processing and long haul communications networks - Selected satellite operations control site locations, network design, logistics, sustainment and training plansBuilt strategy for launch services to deliver 400 LEO satellites; saved $225M over 180 satellite campaign - Defined SDA’s first set of streamlined system requirements derived from operational needs and capabilities- Developed the overall strategy and acquisition plan for SDA’s operations and support services contract

- Led 350 member organization in the operational support, engineering and sustainment of GPS, military communications satellites (SATCOM), the Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) , 2 launch ranges, space weather system and the Space Based Infrared System (SBIRS)- Directed a $1.2B annual budget sustaining 70+ satellites, 170 remote sites for the USSF and other customers

- Leads a team of 74 multi-service officers and civilians performing contract administration, engineer support, supply chain management and quality assurance activities. - Provides acquisition guidance to DoD & NASA organizations executing 12 air, space and C2 programs valued at over $12B. - Manages risk analysis & oversees on-site production of F-35, F-18, MP-RTIP, AEHF, JWST, EPS CAPS ACAT I programs.

- Manages development, acquisition, fielding, & sustainment of $150M/yr air, space, & cyberspace C2 systems- Leads 144 mil/civ personnel across 4 program portfolios providing capability to AFSPC, NORAD and COCOMs - Oversees execution of 25 systems spanning multiple global locations for US and foreign partner missile warning, space C2, space situational awareness and mobile C2 systems - Interfaces directly with OSD, NORAD, SAF/AQ, AFMC, USSTRATCOM & AFSPC decision authorities

- Leads team of 120 military, civilians and contractors to sustain and modernize 11 systems used by DoD to conduct space asset C2 and Space Domain Awareness (SDA, aka. space situational awareness (SSA)- Executes $70M annually in sustainment and development projects- Focuses AFSPC and US STRATCOM requirements to improve accuracy of monitoring all man-made space objects, control US payloads and safely conduct manned space flight- Leads integration of legacy capabilities into JSpOC Mission System (JMS)

- Systems Engineering (SE) student with concentration in Human Factors- Conducted research in the application of SE principles to rapid acquisition programs and organizations throughout the DoD

- Assists the AFMC/CC (4-star general), CV (3-star general) and CA (SES) on Command issues, strategic planning & policy development affecting 79,000 personnel at 12 geographically separated centers- Prepares associated briefings, speeches and communications as the Command liaison to direct report organization, production and test centers, field units, Secretary of the Air Force and Office of the Secretary of Defense staffs

- Assists the OO-ALC/CC (2-star General) and Executive Director on center-wide operations, strategic planning and program implementation- Leads day-to-day operations of a 5 person "action group"- Primary speechwriter and strategic communicator for executive leadership - Manages flow of data across 16,000 person organization providing decision quality information to senior leaders at ALC, MAJCOM and DoD levels

- Leads direct-report squadron of 90 personnel managing DoD and SECAF programs- Oversees annual execution of contracts valued at over $500M- Provides direct warfighter support through acquisition, delivery, training and sustainment of fielded systems

- Commands flight responsible for acquisition life cycle of training systems for ACC, AETC and ANG customers- Manages annual budget of $32M and responsible for life cycle logistics of 134 systems at 35 different sites worldwide- Representative to Wing for business initiatives and performance measurement.

Leads a team of 23 delivering support to the F-22, Air Borne Laser (ABL) and Air Force Supply Chain Programs. Works command level issues related to POM submittals, supply chain management, quality assurance, and engineering.

Leads an 11 member IPT providing on-site support to SPO and Prime DCMA customer on development and production of F-22 wings, aft section, avionics, radar and training systems. Conducts independent studies & analysis of program risks, cost, schedule, and performance. Works to mitigate risks and solve problems related to manufacturing, labor, supply chain, schedules, quality systems, inspections, tool control and cost overruns.

Deployed QA operations lead responsible for $52M contract and 35 highly technical service areas. Built & trained joint team of 15 service members with expertise in functional areas, leveraging their capabilities as quality assurance force multipliers. Established 28 improvement initiatives base wide, supplying USMC with highest degree of combat readiness through quality and safety of services.

Lead DCMA engineer on the Army’s $15B FCS Program. Works with Lead Systems Integrator developing objective performance measures, predictive analysis and implementing corrective action. Subject Matter Expert to Army TRADOC futures office on C2 interoperability and M&S.

Directs all operational, engineering, development and technical support tasks for DoD testing/training systems using state-of-the-art simulation systems on long-haul networks.

Directs $1.3M in operational, engineering, technical and developmental tasks. Led multifunctional teams in the application of C2 Modeling and Simulation systems for research, development and training. Deployed as tester/operator in NATO’s two largest exercises.

Responsible for $1M in M&S programs improving decision-making through Effects Based Operations, Quantum Information Theory and modern visualization applications.

SES directors’ personal assistant and direct representative to high-level DoD, international and corporate leaders through briefings, facility tours, official correspondence and cooperative high-level research--ambassador to customers.

Conceives and implements solutions to: refocus ailing $6M budget, prepare unit for first IG visit, deploy fusion system at 4 joint exercises and revamp SecDef Search & Rescue data management program.
