Having spent eight years previously working in the Property Industry, I took the risk and made a career change moving into the world of recruitment, and it is safe to say I absolutely love my job! I absolutely love helping people, my previous roles in Property Management exposed me to this on a daily basis as I was the main point of contact for Tenants and Landlords who needed help throughout their Tenancy with management issues, contract disputes and a plethora of many other issues that would arise. This experience has stood me in good stead for my role in recruitment, I am passionate about helping candidates across Luton and Bedfordshire find their dream role. Whilst also working closely with Businesses to introduce them to the perfect candidates for their roles and take away their recruitment headaches! I’ve had my fair share of experience with poor recruiters in the past who don’t call you back or provide updates and I strive daily to ensure the service I offer to candidates is completely different to anything they’ve received previously; whilst aiming to foster long term relationships with Businesses so I can be their go to point of contact for recruitment for now and the future, and not just for the short term.
