Owned financial coverage for the Billing, Data Entry, Pharmacist Verification and Prescription Acquisition divisions. Heavy focus on labor planning, productivity tracking, and cost reduction.

-Built and maintained Dyn’s 5-year SaaS financial model used for cash flow management and forecasting as the start-up grew from $15M to $100M in ARR leading to its eventual purchase by Oracle in 2017. Later converted this financial model into Adaptive Planning budgeting software shaving days off of budget-to-actual reporting and scenario analysis time lines.-Extensive knowledge of the SaaS business model. Converted senior management reporting and aligned sales commissions and targets away from bookings and towards MRR/ARR reporting. Created Dyn’s SaaS KPI reporting package to include LTV, CAC, customer retention, and customer cohort analysis across each product line.-Produced monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for top executives and board members. -Experience in multiple equity raising rounds totaling $100M (North Bridge Venture Partners & Pamplona Capital Management) and analysis/due diligence on acquisitions (Renesys, Nettica, and the purchase of Dyn by Oracle)-Built sales team compensation structures, tracked performance and created an in-house commission reporting process using Google Sheets for 100+ employees that saved the company $100k+ annually.-Performed ad-hoc financial analysis across all aspects of the business. Acted as finance’s liaison to the sales and marketing executives with focus on ROI across marketing funnels, sales velocity and deal analysis. Worked side by side with the network engineering team to plan and track their $10M+ annual capex budget.
