General Manager, Global On-Premise

The company is a privately held American spirits business headquartered in Metairie in the metropolitan area of New Orleans, Louisiana, with principal offices in Louisville, Kentucky. Responsibilities include all On-Premise functions in the US and abroad including:◇ Create, execute, and manage the Global On-Premise channel strategy with ownership of Field Sales, Distribution, Marketing, and Key Accounts◇ Developed and executed business case for the hiring of additional Field Reps, Key Account Managers, and Distribution Managers for the On-Premise channel, delivering results above industry trends◇ Led a multi-functional program to develop the necessary tools and training for field and distribution staff, including the On-Premise playbook◇ Identify, build, and maintain strong distributor relationships and secure strong execution in key national accounts as measured by sales drivers and KPIs; engage with new national and global accounts through channel management processes, developing initiatives to build distribution◇ Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to prioritize state and national on-premise account plans; deliver impactful presentations to secure distribution and promotional activity for portfolio brands
