Direct line management responsibility for a dispersed workforce of 3 site managers and an indirect line management responsibility for 21 Customer Service advisors across two geographical locations.Full accountability for the smooth operation of site activities and leading service delivery monitoring via performance review meetings with the coach operating companies.Holding performance review meetings with the coach operating companies and setting performance improvement objectives based on current KPIs.Collaborating with the contracts team to organise replacement vehicles and report on coach operating company performances to highlight any breaches or areas of concerns within their contractual obligations.Conducting review meetings for all matters of people management duties, including appraisals. I am currently leading two members of the Nottingham and Leicester team through a level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship.I retain sole responsibility for all soft services facilities management, contractor management and site maintenance. I have been involved with several small scale capital works, most recently the successful re-opening of Nottingham and Leicester Coach Stations.Full budgetary responsibility, including purchase ordering and payroll management for Nottingham and Leicester with a combined revenue of £4M per annum and a combined cost budget of £700,000.I conduct annual and ad-hoc risk assessments for site working processes, whilst making certain statutory safety requirements are met. Nottingham was recently audited by the British Safety Council and actively contributed towards National Express receiving a 5 star accreditation as a result.Most recently, I was chosen to join a Coach Station retail marketing workforce to represent the coach station teams across the business to develop the Marketing & advertising strategy for 2024.

Managing all holidays for 250 operatives in line with the policies and procedures set by the business.Being accountable and Managing the day to day service delivery for 22 crews performing refuse collections across the city of Sheffield.Arranging for replacement vehicles to be acquired in order for the service to continue.Performing site visits with property managing agents and councillors from SCC to resolve ongoing issues with collection and return the delivery of service without delay.Reporting any issues with refuse collection accurately and in a timely manner to SCC to encourage a collaborative working environment and reduce any risk of repeat collection issues.Managing and resolving absence or performance related cases of operatives in a timely manner and inside the SLA set out by the business.Managing the day to day labour account by planning resources across the city of Sheffield to ensure daily service remains at the most cost effective solution.Maintaining constant communication between the entirety of the operational team to relay accurate information and identify any blockers and solutions for the service.Relaying accurate and timely information across departments regarding the collection service.Performing regular risk assessments with crew reported issues to minimise the risk to operatives and keep collection routes compliant within the business ‘O’ License.Responding to and resolving any service complaints that come through to the business within the SLA set within the contract.Resolving any issues that arise and implementing preventative measures to mitigate any reoccurrence.Performing regular on site safety audits with the collection crews to manage the safe systems of working to keeping compliant with QHSE.Maintaining regular and accurate communication to all collection crews in a daily basis to ensure the service remains efficient and timely.
