Managed all aspects from support, purchasing, infrastructure and server management. Managed IT merger with Nations Valuation Services. Implemented centralized help desk system, merged company support systems, merged remote offices with offices in Kansas and moved company offices to larger facilities. Implemented security control systems, employee time tracking and assumed responsibility for all IT systems in-house.

Led a team of 3 internal "experts" fielding remote support requests in an online, open marketplace. Customers would come to the website, post a technical support question and we would "bid" to fix the problem in under a specified time. Fielded over 1000 support sessions with a 99% satisfaction rate. Trained and ran a community of over 500 independent "experts" who worked from home and bidding on and performing technical support. Ran Community message boards that worked to create and distribute company policy, communications and field responses from the community for program improvement. The marketplace was ended once the software reached commercial viability and became GoToMyPC.
